WorkIrreverent Teas

Art DirectionIllustrationUI & UX DesignFront-end Dev
With direction from founders Darcie Shively & John Kieselhorst, I designed & developed the web experience for Irreverent Teas. The identity is all-in on celebrating maximalism in the age of millenial-modernism, and parodying hyperbolic claims common in the wellness industry. The site reflects Darcy and John’s fondness for eclectisism, Dada, and non-conformity. I made some contributions to illustrations & art direction too.

I designed the branding for Fruits of Our Labor collaboratively with Creative Direction from founder Jes Voight. Leaning deep into color and approachable illustrations to communicate their goal of making creativity more accessible to everyone. Their site is built on Squarespace with a customized UI.

She's Underrated

Creative DirectionBrandingMotionUI & UX Design

This project started with a logo sketch that quickly grew into a wordmark, then a full site & brand identity, and now an ongoing partnership; where I work with founder Serena Morris to produce art, animations, and music with a small team of collaborators on her brand She’s Underrated. An online community devoted to putting under-hyped diverse femme icons from fashion & pop culture into the spotlight.

Phantasmagoria

Denver Tourism Tapes is a three part fictional tourism guide by CRUD (formerly Phantasmagoria). The series was cut into one feature length film and I had the honor of directing the end credits sequence. You can find the full film on NoBudge or watch the credits here.
Good Love CBD

Creative DirectionBrandingPackaging

Good Love CBD is a Colorado based manufacturer of the most rigorously refined CBD available—at over 99% purity. Creative direction was inspired by the clarity of their straighforward scientific approach and the soothing softness of alleviating anxiety and physical discomfort.
PopSockets

Art DirectionBrandingSocial MarketingIllustration

I worked in-house with the PopSockets team, producing email, social, video, and onsite assets. During my time there I directed animated shorts, photoshoots, and designed a TON of emails. Plus, I worked with deft direction from Art, Creative, and Design Directors John Kieselhorst, Justin Fuller, Sonya Ghori, Jes Voight, and Brett Shea.
Courage Club

Creative DirectionBranding Typography

Led by Galen Bernard, Courage Club is a vehicle for teaching attendees how to deconstruct self-limiting beliefs on the path to success, and persevering when the road gets tough. The blackletter inspired logomark references classical ideals of courage, with a clean monoline treatment for a light contemporary feel. The nested C’s represent inner/outer confidence, and surrounding ourselves with a strong community of other motivated people.

Tomas Sen

Creative DirectionDesignIllustrationPackaging

Listen! is a project from Denver artist Tomas Sen, inspired by classical & avante garde composers just as much as 20th century pop music. I designed the album artwork, apparel, and a bespoke Bandcamp theme with collages of historical figures,  close friends, and original artwork.

RiNo Mural Creative DirectionDesignIllustration

Working with the teams at the RiNO Arts District along with Dateline Gallery I pitched and painted this 2nd story mural on the themes of inclusivity, enrichment in community, and the significance of an optimistic mindset in realizing change around our city (and the wider world).

Made ManualArt DirectionDesignIllustrationPrint
During my internship on the design team at Made I designed pitch decks, hundreds of icons & logos, and a ton of collateral for clients, but the culmination of it all was putting together the employee handbook. A talisman of culture & vibe to inform future creatives. All layouts were hand cut, pasted, and scanned by me, with creative direction on copy & imagery by John Keiselhorst.
